Senior Project Manager - Main Construction Contractor

Job DescriptionOur client is a leading Irish Contractor who undertake projects throughout Ireland in large scale construction.They have successfully completed projects across a range of sectors including Civil, Residential, Data Centres, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Pharmaceutical.They are seeking a Project Manager to take overall responsibility for delivery of prestigious Dublin City Centre projectReporting initially to a Contracts Manager, it would be envisaged the Project Manager would take over the complete project site.In conjunction with Planning Department, preparing detailed construction programmesEnsuring works are carried out in compliance with contract requirementsEnsuring compliance with all relevant Health and Safety standardsIn conjunction with the Construction Director, manage all contractual issues to ensure risk to the company is minimisedMaintain good client and design team relationsAttend client/design team meetingsPrepare monthly reports for Project Review meetingsIn conjunction with the Project QS, appoint subcontractors as required for the projectRequirementsDegree in Engineering/Construction related discipline5+ years of post-qualification experience on large scale buildings / civils projectsProven experience as a Project Manager running large scale projectsExcellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skillsPackageSalary €80k - €100K and negotiable dependent on experience
