Senior Qc Analytics Manager

Hobson Prior is seeking an experienced and dedicated QC Analyst for a Senior position to lead a team responsible for assessing and ensuring the standards of gene therapy products meet expectations.
The successful candidate will manage the laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:Manage daily lab operations and ensure all tests meet quality standards.Lead the team in testing and maintaining product stability.Plan and assign tasks to optimize team efficiency.Ensure all lab activities comply with regulations and maintain accurate records.Support the development and implementation of testing methods.Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.Handle quality events and ensure timely resolution.Participate in regulatory inspections and documentation.Key Skills and Requirements:Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.Experience in managing teams and implementing changes.Knowledge of quality management and cost-saving strategies.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.Background in pharmaceutical or biotech quality control.For more information, please contact Danielle Hull.
