About Your New Employer Join a leading Biotechnology company in Dublin who contribute to therapies that can improve or save lives on a 12-month contract. You will act as quality point of contact for manufacturing operations and are responsible for the oversight of the medical device assemble and serialized packing and labelling. About your new job as a Senior Quality Assurance Associate Actively monitor and provide on-the-spot QA support for ongoing manufacturing operations. Perform routine audits, classify defects, conduct packaging checks, and manage QA lockouts during daily floor activities. Review and approve GMP documentation, batch records, deviations, protocols, and logbooks to ensure they meet regulatory and company standards. Assist in the triage and investigation of deviations, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and compliant manner. Offer training and advice to staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Identify areas for improvement in processes and contribute to initiatives aimed at operational excellence. Ensure that all activities are performed in line with Amgens safety protocols and SOPs. Take on additional tasks or projects as directed by the manager. What skills/experience you need as a Quality Assurance Associate Bachelors degree in science or engineering 2 to 3 years experience Strong attention to detail in all aspects of QA review and task execution. Ability to make informed, risk-based decisions in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of working effectively with various teams and departments. Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to assess compliance issues effectively. Experience with continuous improvement efforts and the ability to implement these initiatives. Prior experience in a production setting is required. Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work a 24/5 shift schedule, with potential adjustments based on business needs (advance notice provided).
