Senior Quantity Surveyor

Hiring for a MEP QS to commercially support a large Data Centre Project in Dublin for a Main Contractor.
Hybrid position - Salary €90-100k + yearly pay increase and list of benefits below Role Working within & assisting the commercial & construction team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and manage risk.
Your day to day will include: * Feasibility , Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project.
* Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities.
* Liaise with clients, contractors and subcontractors to ensure the budget requirements are met.
* Manage cashflow for large MEP packages throughout delivery * Compile and issue commercial reports to the project leadership team for CVR's Experience & Skills * Have experience commercially managing, high value M&E works * Are proficient in the use of MS Office, with a focus on Excel.
* Are degree qualified and able to demonstrate strong communication.
Qualifications * Academic and/or Professional qualification in construction related subject.
