We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview: As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing the financial aspects of our construction projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
You will work closely with project managers, site teams, and clients, providing expert advice on all matters related to contracts and costs.

Key Responsibilities: * Manage the financial aspects of projects from inception through to completion.
* Provide accurate cost control and reporting throughout all project phases.
* Negotiate contracts, manage procurement processes, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and industry regulations.
* Prepare and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments.
* Support project teams to meet deadlines while staying within budget.
* Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Requirements: * Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the Irish construction industry.
* Proven track record of stability and good tenure in previous roles.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement methods, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively in a team.
* Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
