In this role you will:
Actively engage with clients and demonstrate excellent local knowledgeActively participate in the tender/bid process—from initial tender/bid documentation through analysis and reportingAnalyse tenders/bids to ensure client value for moneyAssist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of any claims to ensure the client gets best value from works undertakenCreate estimates and cost plans for key client developmentsOversee project spend by creating valuations and cost reports, and clearly communicate variations to your teamSupport nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communicationSupport the settlement of construction disputes/loss and expense claims with transparencyUse your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clientsFoster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadershipWe would love to hear from you if you:
Are based in or near to Dublin, IrelandHave experience in a client-facing positionAre an experienced cost manager on large scale construction projects with increasing levels of leadershipAre chartered with 10 years experience across commercial and residential sectorsAre savvy in understanding the business model and pursuing market opportunitiesHave a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction disciplineHave experience in pre- and post-contract cost management on varied projectsAre an excellent communicator verbally and in writingThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and funSince 1974, we've been providing a construction consultancy service that keeps clients coming back.
