A growing fit-out and main contractor based in Dublin is currently recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to run multiple jobs from pre-construction through to client handover.
With a strong pipeline of work and a number of key, repeat business clients, the company is growing strongly with turnover projected to double in the next 5 years.
Due to this measured expansion, they are currently recruiting for a Senior QS to report to the Commercial Director and oversee the completion of projects.
Current Projects Include: €15m – primary health care centre€35m – Office and retail developmentWith an enviable client base and continued project wins, the company is growing steadily.
The Role Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for delivering projects from start to finish. Duties will include:
Procurement and management of sub-contractorsCost monitoring and reportingFinal accountsMeasurementThe Person: Degree in Quantity Surveying10+ years' experience with either a contractor, sub-contractor or consultancyPrevious fit-out / refurb experience is beneficialIn return, a market-leading salary and benefits package is on offer that will be tailored to the individual.
