Job Title: Senior Recruiter (Francophone)

Reports to: Talent Acquisition Manager

Liaises with: International Programmes Department, Overseas Field Staff, Technical Advisors, Dublin hiring Managers (as appropriate), Recruitment Team and wider HR Operations Team

Job location: 52-55 Camden Street, Dublin 2

Global Pay Band: 5

Contract: 12 month fixed term

Job Purpose: Working as part of the recruitment team, the Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the 360 hiring of staff for senior positions in our Anglophone speaking countries of operation primarily. Working as a Senior Recruiter will give you the opportunity to contribute as a key member of the recruitment team ensuring that we are sourcing and selecting the most suitable candidates.

Other key areas of focus for the Senior Recruiter will be to build close relationships with select humanitarian organisations particularly in France and promote Concern at events. The Senior Recruiter will liaise with internal stakeholders to create and align content with Concern's mission and values. The Senior Recruiter will also act as a line manager & mentor for the francophone Recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Responsible for the 360 hiring of staff members for senior francophone positions (advertising, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, offering and negotiating) Liaising with hiring managers regarding staff requisitions and developing recruitment plan for each vacancy Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need Ensure timely and accurate updates of recruitment systems and reporting tools Ensuring the organisation is meeting its accountability commitments within the recruitment process Liaise with hiring managers to promote internal mobility for performing internal HQ, national and international staff Support the development of a strategy, procedures and content to promote Concern as an employer on social media platforms People management and capacity building

Mentor and line manage the francophone Recruiters Deliver online training to staff members as required Advise and consult with stakeholders as to recruitment process best practice Networking and Representation:

In collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager, develop a plan to promote Concern as an employer of choice to francophone audiences. Present and represent Concern at francophone career events General:

Provide on-call cover for the 24 hour emergency phone; Accept, advance and pursue any new objectives or responsibilities that may be assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager; Ensure that the organisation's values and policy commitments, including accountability, equality and safeguarding, are reflected in assigned responsibilities and contribute to a positive internal and external working relationships within the HR Overseas Team and with stakeholders/customers; Skills and Experience Required:

Essential:

A third level qualification in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline Comfortable working in both French and English 4 years recruitment experience with proven success hiring at multiple levels Experience identifying and building relationships with external organisations. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven experience in a business facing role with the confidence and ability to interact with all levels of the organization; Strong stakeholder focus Excellent interpersonal & communications skills Strong organisation and planning skills The ability to work as both part of a team and on own initiative Desirable:
