We seek aSenior Recruitment Consultantto join ourTEMP Divisionwith a start in September 2024 – the beginning of the busiest quarter. You would be joining a highly collaborative and supportive team.
Key Job Responsibilities: Business Development of existing and new clients in the sector we work in to achieve maximum upsell of a variety of Temps available and seek out new opportunities for Temp Services in existing client facilities You will work closely with clients in a consultative manner to understand client needs, ensuring a quality and compliant approach to the recruitment of Temp staff for their locations You will nurture existing client relationships, troubleshooting and finding solutions to your clients' staffing issues You will undertake – sourcing, screening, interviewing, advising and guiding candidates through our hiring process alongside your colleagues and will know which Temp will suit your key contracts Day to day management of Clients requirements and Temp Staff queries through individual and team work and ensuring open communication throughout Managing large numbers of agency staff in different site locations - coordinating shift schedules Daily Communications & Administration tasks to support the 3 groups of people you will be working with and accountable too: Your colleagues, your clients and the Temps who work for the agency.
