Senior Sales Executive We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity with one of our esteemed clients in Louth, who are looking to bring on board a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in Sales, eager to leverage their expertise to drive business growth and exceed sales targets. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's business growth within the print and packaging sector. Your primary responsibilities will include developing strategic sales plans, engaging with potential clients, and building robust relationships to expand the customer base. This position demands a proactive approach, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Benefits: €50,000K + OTE Car Fuel allowance Bonus scheme Phone & Laptop Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets. Use market insights and data analysis to refine approaches and maximize impact. Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities. Use your industry knowledge to approach and convert leads effectively. Provide expert advice on print and packaging solutions, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored recommendations that best suit their needs. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Regularly check in with clients to understand their evolving needs and address any concerns. Work closely with internal teams, including design, production, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of projects. Ensure clear communication and alignment on client expectations and project timelines. Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and client conversations. Requirements: Proven track record in sales, specifically within the print and packaging industry. A deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities is essential. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, close deals, and manage client expectations. Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth. Use analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented individual. Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
