Job Title: Senior Scrum Master
What does a successful Release Train Engineer/Senior Scrum Master do at Fiserv? Fiserv EMEA GBS team has embarked on our Product and Tech transformation and as part of this, we are aligning closely to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). To facilitate the transformation, we are looking for Release Train Engineers (RTE)/ Senior Scrum Masters to work with our scrum teams and Agile release trains.
What you will do: Use dashboards to track, verify & report content readiness against priorities and baseline capacity of teams.Facilitate meetings between Product and Technology teams to address impediments regarding content readiness.Facilitate the PI planning for Product Area and Technology teams on the day of PI planning.Participate in PI planning management reviews to ensure dependencies are understood and resolved.Track PI progress using dashboards and help team to prepare for PI steerco.Facilitate periodic synchronization events within Product Area such as Scrum of Scrums/ART sync, iteration demos, and System demos.Coach the Product and Tech teams in agile processes and our delivery methodology.Continuously look for opportunities to improve the process to make it lean and efficient.What you will need to have: Previous experience of working as a Release Train Engineer or Solution Train Engineer within an organization that has 50-150 people within an Agile Release Train/similar construct.Experience in working in an Agile development environment.Experience in working with a multi-locational matrix organization where solution development and delivery is done across multiple ARTs/Product Areas/teams.Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in agile and SAFe.JIRA and Confluence tooling experience.Ability to track and monitor health of a Planning Interval quantitatively and qualitatively.Lean agile mindset.What would be great to have: Experience of financial services is preferred.Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
