Senior Site Manager | Dublin

Responsibilities :Direct and manage all site activities, including coordination with subcontractors, to ensure smooth project execution.Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations in line with industry standards.Oversee project timelines and budget, ensuring all targets are met efficiently.Act as the main liaison with clients, stakeholders, and project teams, ensuring open and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:At least 7 years of site management experience, specifically within residential construction.Proven track record managing high-quality residential developments in Ireland.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Must have relevant Irish experience, with a strong understanding of local building regulations and standards.Eligible to work in Ireland.BenifitsCompany vehicle.Competitive salary ranging from €75,000 to €85,000Contact Information:This position is managed by Jason Reddin.
