*Internal Competition* Senior Speech and Language Therapist on Adult Brain Injury/ Stroke Speciality Programmes We are seeking enthusiastic Senior Speech and Language Therapists with an interest in rehabilitation to work with our team at the National Rehabilitation Hospital (NRH).
Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons for Senior SLT vacancies on Adult Brain Injury and Stroke Speciality Programmes.
The candidate must, on the latest date for receiving completed application forms for the office, possess:
Essential Degree/Master level qualification in Speech and Language Therapy. Current registration with CORU. Minimum 2 years post graduate clinical professional experience. Dysphagia qualification to accredited level by IASLT. Desirable 2 years experience in rehabilitation/ neurology or neurorehabilitation. Experience and competency in objective Dysphagia assessment (Videofluoroscopy and/ or FEES) Experience and competency in Tracheostomy management. Experience of Interdisciplinary teamwork.
