Senior Sysadmin Position This Senior Sysadmin position is with a well-established insurance company, currently ranked in the top 10 of profitable companies in the reinsurance industry. They are expanding and looking for a strong Sysadmin to join them and work on exciting projects within their data-heavy system.

They're looking for a Senior Sysadmin to join them as a problem-solver while collaborating with a strong team in a Windows and Azure-hosted system. The role presents a technological challenge due to the massive infrastructure and the amount of data flowing through their systems.

The tech stack consists of Python and SQL, and you'll be working on their expansive customer-facing systems, effectively solving any problems that arise. The company's well-structured setup allows opportunities to jump between teams, providing a lot of scope to learn new skills.

The ideal candidate has: 5+ years of experience (preferably in financial or pension/insurance-focused institutions, but not mandatory) Strong skills in a Windows/SQL tech stack A passion for challenges and solving problems in a supportive environment with a great tech-centric culture This is a hybrid role based in Dublin City Centre. Employees go to the office 3 days per week, and the company offers flexible working hours. You will: Work on data-heavy backend systems Collaborate with a strong team Solve technical problems as they arise You have: 5+ years of experience in a financial or insurance institution Experience with Windows, SQL, and C# Strong communication skills Salary / Remuneration: Up to 85,000 (DOE) per annum + 12% bonus, 25-30 days of annual leave, 12% pension, health insurance (for the candidate and dependents), life insurance, and other benefits.
