As our Senior Technical Program Manager, you will drive programs for the Sales Enablement System team. Typical activities will be planning, designing & driving the success of programs that tackle current and future needs.
You and your team will drive the relationship between our Systems technical teams and business stakeholders, wearing many hats along the way. You'll work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Product teams to drive the business process systems strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and delivery.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeedOver 5 years of relevant experience as a Technical Program Manager in a lead to cash focused context, experience in post-sales systems a plus (e.g., using tools like Salesforce and Zendesk).
Skills in building relationships, leading cross-functional teams, aligning expectations, and communicating proactively to share insights and manage change.
Competence in identifying and implementing process improvements, staying updated with technology trends, and developing a vision for our post-sales systems for Customer Support, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Customer Education, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Strong understanding of SaaS sales/post sales operations, with hands-on experience using SaaS tools like Salesforce and Zendesk.
Experience in Agile setting, using Jira to manage projects and programs, ensuring program transparency and timely delivery of results. (Scrum certifications a plus)
Ability to drive roadmap execution, manage timelines, and ensure project goals are met. Oversee technical system programs, develop budgets, timelines, and resources, and manage the backlog and sprints as a Scrum Master.

Manage business stakeholder inputs, partnering to refine business requirements and target end result outcomes.
Drive and deliver projects from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
Working with your Systems team colleagues on projects, translating requirements, scoping the work efforts, breaking work down into deliverables (user stories, tasks, supporting work streams).
Partner with Systems team managers, facilitating Agile sprints, ensuring deliverables are clearly articulated, broken-down, assigned, and delivered to plan - all while driving team improvements through use of metrics.
Coordinate with partnering business and enablement teams, ensuring smooth program deployments through training, planning, and support activities.
Drive cross-organizational and team continuous improvement initiatives.
Help drive semi-annual planning and budgeting activities, in partnership with systems leadership, business stakeholders, and financial planning colleagues.
