Basic RequirementsWhat we are looking for:Passion for research-fueled rapid ideationHolistic understanding of user experience design between hardware and softwareSelf-starter and a strong desire for team collaborationDemonstrate compelling storytelling skills as well as a command of design thinking principles and best practicesProficiency in Adobe CC, Sketch, InVision and other industry standard wireframing toolsKnowledge in prototyping tools preferredSkills & impactMastery of UX process and toolkit; brainstorm, wireframe, prototype and design documentation.Designs holistic experiences supporting big picture strategies and that fuel innovative projects driving the company's vision.Uses frameworks and hypothesis-based approaches to deliver in high-velocity design sprints5+ years UX Design of experienceExperience working with FigmaOwnershipTackles undefined, complex projects to capture and communicate crystal clear UX requirements via user stories.Estimate design effort for projects and prioritize them in design sprintsLeads projects independently from beginning to end and delivers successful designs based on user testing, research validation, and survey results.Owns and influences key design metrics to prioritize challenges/opportunities and validate design solutions.CollaborationSynthesizes multiple inputs and feedback from stakeholders into a cohesive approachDrives alignment across stakeholders; Research, Engineers, Product Managers, Industrial designers via design rituals and presentation skills.Mentor junior designers and onboards others onto projects.
