We have an opportunity for a talented UX/UI Designer with a strong understanding of user experience and customer journey optimisation to join our User Experience team.
This role provides an opportunity to work on impactful design projects aimed at delivering customer-centric design as part of the Digital Product Team for Musgrave. You will be organized, meticulous, and ready to lead design. The role can be based in either Dublin or Cork but will involve occasional travel. Responsibilities include the following areas:
Deliver best-in-class user experience and user interaction design for consumer-facing digital projects within the Musgrave portfolio including but not limited to SuperValu, Real Rewards, and Centra.Create user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, etc., in collaboration with the UX Manager and Product Managers.Conduct user research and translate the outputs into design solutions, ensuring the customer is at the forefront of everything you do.Data-driven in informing your design recommendations and success metrics.Stay on top of the latest guidelines and constraints for all UI matters like iOS and Android guidelines, responsive dos and don'ts, and the latest visual trends.Support on ad hoc projects as needed by attending workshops, delivering wireframes & mock-ups, and developing prototypes.The successful candidate will possess the following: Relevant third-level qualification in design.5+ years of experience as a designer working on mobile or responsive website projects.Extensive experience with interface design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. We use Figma in-house.User research and data analytics experience.Strong knowledge of User-Centered Design and familiarity with Service Design principles.Experience creating lo-fi wireframes and prototypes, as well as user flows and journeys.A working knowledge of the principles and practicalities of building, using, and iterating Design Systems is a bonus.Previous experience working with Loyalty/Ecommerce projects is a bonus.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.This is a 12-month contract.
