A unique and exciting opportunity exists for a highly professional and experienced Service Advisor with a proven track record in premium motor Aftersales to join our team at Porsche Centre, Dublin.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: Exceptional communication skills have you the ability to delight our customer at every opportunity however small the query may be?
Exceptional personal presentation and always reflects the company's corporate image.
Passionate about customer service.
Computer literate - to be able to record / amend customer details accurately and articulately.
Ability to work under pressure and remain calm - to handle discerning customers in an empathetic way to ensure all problems are resolved effectively.
Accuracy in detailing customer requirements on job cards / invoice Proactively follow up and provide feedback to customers on the status of their vehicle.
Ensure that all work requested has been carried out, communicated to the customer, and costed appropriately.
What you will bring to the role: A full and valid Irish or EU driving licence is an essential requirement for this role Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry Impeccable appearance and well presented to work in a corporate environment.
Exceptional oral & written communication skills Excellent organisational skills Ability to record accurately all relevant customer data and queries Build up customer trust by ensuring all information about their Porsche is delivered accurately, allowing them to make informed decisions on what their Porsche requires.
An ability to absorb and understand technical data and explain it to our customers in a manner they can understand.
