Service Coordinator

Looking for a well organised, confident person with good communication skills that is proficient with Microsoft Office tools and experience of Business Management Platforms such as Enterpryze/ SAP Business One along with knowledge of HSE framework/Healthcare would be an advantage.
Hours are 9-5pm office based Salary is 40K per annum Benefits: Pension and Healthcare Duties will include: Service Support Administration - Call scheduling via Enterpryze Coordination of all Field service activities, scheduling ppm's, callouts & validations Monthly / Weekly service-related engineering meetings & Meeting minutes Inbound / outbound calls (No onsite receptionist, Phone is answered by the service & rentals desks) Warranty and 3rd party parts calls / ordering from suppliers Accounts - Invoicing / Credit note / PO's / Delivery dockets Ensuring all customers demands are met Preparation of completed contracts and delivered to customers in a timely manner SLA (Service Level Agreement) preparation.
Scanning & processing of service reports.
