Description:
As Service Delivery Manager at GlobalLogic UK&I, you will manage internal teams and work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of support and services to our clients. The SDM will be responsible for managing service delivery processes, overseeing service level agreements (SLAs), and ensuring that clients' expectations are met or surpassed.
Requirements:
As a Service Delivery Manager at you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the performance of our teams, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving business growth within our enterprise-level accounts. You will be responsible for team management, stakeholder engagement, and revenue forecasting, with a focus on innovative approaches to service improvement and business expansion.
• Enterprise Account Management: 5+ years' experience managing enterprise-level accounts.
• Customer/Client Facing Role: Proven experience in a customer/client-facing role.
• Commercial Mindset: Demonstrated success in account expansion and a strong commercial acumen.
• Software Development & R&D: Background in software development and experience working in an R&D environment.
• Team Management: Experience managing multiple teams, with a focus on team development and performance management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
• Team Management: Conduct 1-2-1s, manage performance, and ensure team competence. Address resourcing gaps to maintain optimal team performance.
• Business Development: Identify and leverage opportunities within accounts to generate additional business.
• Revenue Forecasting: Project and forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Service Excellence: Ensure teams deliver a top-level service to clients, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Client Engagement: Perform regular client site walk-throughs, engage with stakeholders, and conduct regular check-ins to maintain strong client relationships.
• Innovation: Implement innovative approaches to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
