SERVICE MANAGER A recognized medical equipment provider has an exciting opportunity for a Service Manager to play an integral part in the company's success.

Now in an exciting period of growth, our client is seeking a dedicated Service Manager to help drive further success in operations and customer experience.
THE ROLE: The successful manager will mainly work from home and will visit client site and main office every couple of weeks: Oversee a team of service engineers.
Plan and schedule all works including preventative maintenance and repair works, complete job cards, reports, managing hours, and invoicing.
Be the main point of contact for clients - providing technical support and customer service.
Be involved in contract management and renewals.
THE PERSON: We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds: Prior Management experience is essential, someone who had worked as a service manager, project manager, team lead.
It will be beneficial to have mobile engineering sector experience.
