Job Description: As a Service Technician at Profluid Ltd, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers across the country.
You will work directly with clients to diagnose, repair, and maintain sprinkler pumps, ensuring optimal performance.
This role requires travel across Ireland, as you will be servicing equipment on-site at various customer locations.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain sprinkler pumps on-site.
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions to minimize downtime for customers.
Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
Complete all service-related documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Liaise with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements: English Speaking: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-Focused: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Driver's License: Must hold a full, clean driver's license, as travel nationwide is required.
Trade Qualification: Must be trade qualified in plant fitting, mechanics, or diesel plant fitting.
Experience: Prior experience in plant fitting, mechanics, or as a diesel plant fitter is highly advantageous.
Willingness to Travel: This role involves travel to various customer sites across Ireland.
Training: Further training will be provided to enhance your skills and knowledge.
