Setting Out Engineer - Building Contractor

Job DescriptionOur client is a building and civils contractor working on projects in the Leinster region.Duties will include:Responsibility for delivery of the projects technical requirementsSetting out the building structureOngoing liaison with the Design team and SubcontractorsResponsibility for managing subcontractors technical performanceEnsuring all site quality testing and validation is carried out and recordedOverall responsibility for ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards, BCAR etcRequirementsA degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management3+ years relevant site engineering experienceHave experience in setting out, using GPS systems, Total Stations, and be proficient with the use of AutoCad software.General day to day running of paperwork on a site, Method Statements, Risk Assessments preparation etc The successful candidate will have excellent communication and planning skills and be IT literate, with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.Clean Driving license Package€45K - €60K + transport - negotiable based on experience
