Role Description: Global Fixed Income Operations are the primary interface to our fixed income and securities trading partners for all post-trade operations.
EMEA Fixed Income Operations are responsible for post-trade activities (trades processing, clearing and settlement) within Global Markets Operations and provide cross-functional support to Global Markets Lines of Business including Repo, Rates, Credit, Mortgages, and Frontier Markets businesses.
The department offers operational support and expertise to Sales and Trading Desks as a team of specialists responsible for the implementation of client trade allocations, exception management, breaks reconciliation, clearing and settlement.
Responsibilities: Work closely with trading, sales, and clients, technology & settlement teams globally to optimise settlement rates and reduce fails/breaks.Ad hoc queries from traders/sales/clients.Identification and implementation of process improvements, working independently or in partnership with technology for delivery.Input into and support of strategic work, regulatory change and supporting projects that impact the team.
