Job OverviewBritvic Ireland is seeking a dynamic Shopper Marketing Executive to bring our brand strategies to life across key trade channels, both in-store and online.
This role focuses on creating and executing innovative shopper activation programs, driving market share growth through engaging Below-the-Line campaigns tailored to diverse outlet types.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, creative thinker with a passion for Shopper Marketing, adept at collaborating with stakeholders and agencies to deliver impactful, results-driven campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate brand strategy into actionable shopper marketing campaign plans, leveraging insights on shopper triggers and barriers to purchase.Develop yearly and monthly shopper activation plans with clear KPIs across key customers, aligning with company priorities, brand strategy, and customer events.Collaborate with commercial teams, brand marketing, and agencies to develop optimal BTL marketing materials and innovative approaches for transformative point-of-purchase engagement.Build strong relationships with key customers, ensuring BTL activation aligns with their strategies, POS requirements, and complexities.Manage the Shopper Marketing budget, including spend forecast, monthly tracking, and cost-effective agency management.Track and evaluate execution in-channel against agreed KPIs, adopting a "Win, Learn, Change" approach.Knowledge, Skills and Experience RequiredExcellent communication, influencing skills, and strong attention to detail.Strong networking and relationship management abilities.Ability to translate strategy into action and highly organized with strong project management skills.Understanding of Digital Marketing & ECommerce.1-2 years of experience in Brand or Agency within Shopper Marketing.Full Clean Driver's License.Honours Degree in Marketing/Business (with a strong marketing module).Key BehavioursBright, curious, open, and eager to learn.Results-driven with a passion for Brand & Shopper Marketing.Creative thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills.Excellent planning, process, attention to detail, and time management skills.Strong multi-tasker who acts with pace.Good communicator with the ability to be succinct, clear, credible, and inspiring.
