We're excited to announce the opening of our brand new showroom in Galway in September 2024, and we're looking for two showroom sales executives to join our team. This is your opportunity to grow your retail sales career in a dynamic and vibrant environment.
This isn't your run-of-the-mill job in a shop – it's a full-time sales career opportunity, with an expectation that you will be able to hit sales targets and KPIs.
We are offering 40 hours a week with the potential to earn an uncapped bonus on top of a basic salary.
You bring the drive and motivation - and we will give you the knowledge!
Full training will be provided and our Bathshack Academy will give you the product knowledge to go alongside learning from experienced team members on site. We would love it if you have proven targeted sales experience in a B2C role.
A bit about the role….
Welcome our customers in a friendly and timely manner when they enter the store.Assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer advice.Produce customer proposals.Process orders.Increase sales and profitable growth in line with company targets.Exceed sales targets and objectives.Keep sales lead sheets up to date.Follow up customer leads in a timely manner by phone.Effectively overcome any potential objections.Process telephone orders.Provide excellent customer service on telephone and in store.Follow up with customers after completion of bathroom installation to ensure they are fully satisfied.Develop a good understanding of all the Bathshack product range and keep up to date with new products.
