Building a sustainable tomorrow We are looking for a Site Administrator to join our team on our Glounthaune to Midleton Twin Track Project in Co.Cork  Your mission •    Process and code cost data from delivery notes, dockets and timesheets •    Enter cost and other information into the Company's accounting database •    Interact with project staff to ensure accuracy of information •    Support the site based commercial team to generate cost reports on a monthly and quarterly basis •    Interact and collaborate with other Company staff in the head office and on site •    Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion on all information associated with employee details •    Other adhoc duties as required Who are we looking for?
•    Previous experience within the Construction Industry as a Site Clerk or within HR, Administration, Compliance or Audit background strongly desirable •    Minimum 2 years data entry/administration experience required •    Proficient in MS Office packages is essential  •    Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and presentation) skills  •    Ability to are liaise professionally across all levels of internal and external stakeholders •    Proven track record of working collaboratively across multiple lines of business and support functions  •    Strong time management skills What's in it for you?
