We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team.
As a Site Administrator at AVK-SEG, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to the site operations team.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining records and documentation, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, managing site facilities, and assisting with general administrative tasks.
In this role, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
You will need to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the site.
Responsibilities: Maintain and update project records, documentation, and reports.
Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Manage site facilities, including office space, equipment, and supplies.
Assist with scheduling and coordinating onsite meetings and events.
Support the site team with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements: Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable.
