As a Site Foreman, you will gain exposure to prestigious projects on large building/construction sites.

Duties and Responsibilities: Handling the creation of job duties and delegating tasks to construction workers Briefing crew members about how daily tasks need to be carried out Managing construction budgets and tracking construction costs Ensuring that all materials, supplies, tools, and equipment are procured in a time-efficient manner Monitoring daily construction procedures to ensure that proper quality is maintained and that schedules are being followed Creating progress reports on a daily basis and ensuring that any significant information is communicated to the supervisor Handling onsite incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner Necessary skills and requirements: Minimum of 5 years construction Site Foreman experience Sound knowledge of current construction techniques Ideally from a carpentry background, having progressed to Site Manager role Knowledge of construction methods and best practices, technologies, and materials Knowledge of standards and specifications Knowledge of Safety & Health and Quality Policies and Procedures Proven track record of seeing projects through to their successful completion Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills Analytical thinker with demonstrated problem-solving skills Ability to perform multiple tasks at a high level of quality Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment For more information about this Site Foreman role, contact Matthew Durkan at Oradeo Recruitment confidentially on +353 1 687 7188 or apply in confidence.
