Job DescriptionAs a result of ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our client's team for an upcoming residential development in the Drogheda area.This project, set to span approximately 24 months, presents a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a reputable company on a significant and impactful development.A prominent player in the homebuilding industry for several decades, primarily operating in the UK and Ireland.

With a strong track record and numerous industry awards, who continues to grow, focusing on building high-quality homes and vibrant communities.Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:Coordinate and supervise the construction of a commercial projectTo represent the company on-site and serve as a liaison between the business and the client.Ensure the quality of the work is up to standards, is completed on schedule, and is within budget.Management of the supply chain's purchasing and on-site delivery proceduresEnsure works are carried out to the required quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards, in full compliance with the planning permission and building regulationsDay-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of the subcontractorsExperience required for this Site Manager role:A relevant degree construction managementMinimum 3 years' previous experience managing residential projects in Ireland or the UKBuilding industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.Ability to work on own initiativeStrong team building skillsSalary for this Site Manager role is between €75,000 - €85,000 DOE(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
