Site Manager (Heritage/Restoration)

Site Manager (Heritage/Restoration) Dublin City €80-90k + Transport + Package Required for medium-sized contractor who are currently undertaking a large Heritage restoration project.
The ideal candidate will have worked on conservation/restoration/listed building projects.
Role Liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the general workforce involved in the project.Checking plans, drawings, and supervision of subcontractors across the project.Planning work efficiently ensuring strict deadlines are met.Overseeing quality control and safety measures on sites.Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and addressing any problems that arise.Communicating clearly with all stakeholders.Attending regular meetings with clients, architects, and consultants, and keeping them informed of progress.Ensuring that regulations are adhered to in terms of quality control and safety matters on the site.Supervising direct staff and sub-contractors.Handling technical queries when necessary and interfacing with the client, consultant, and architect regarding RFI's.Qualifications/Experience: Experience – ideally within a main/specialist contractor.Strong interpersonal skills.Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project execution.Computer literate and familiar with MS Office, Project, (or similar scheduling package).Good knowledge of safety management and quality management.To register your interest, please forward your CV to ****** to discuss or call 01-632-1200.
