Site Manager

The Site Manager will be responsible for the on-site management of construction projects from initiation through to completion. This role involves managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with project teams to deliver smooth, efficient site operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive site management experience and a strong focus on safety, quality, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all daily site activities, including scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, laborers, and site personnel to ensure high-quality work.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality, and identify any issues.Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to align site operations with project goals.Ensure all materials, equipment, and resources are available to avoid delays.Prepare and submit progress reports, manage site documentation, and maintain accurate records.Address any on-site problems swiftly to keep projects on track and within budget.Qualifications: Preferably to come from a trades backgroundProficient knowledge in both QA/QC and H&S5+ years of experience in site management within the construction industry.In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client interactions.Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.Certification in health and safety practices is preferred.Why Join Us?
