Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on solar project sites, ensuring safety, quality, and project specifications are met.
Maintain accurate site documentation and implement good QEHS practices.
Lead and manage teams of installers, technicians, and subcontractors.
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Ensure project milestones are achieved through effective communication with all parties.
Uphold quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections, ensuring safety procedures are followed.
Identify and manage risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct audits and inspections to address quality issues promptly.
Document all communications and manage site issues to resolution.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient and safe work by all team members.
Report to the Project Manager and senior management, ensuring clear communication.
Travel and overnight stays as required.
Qualifications Electrical Background/Trade or relevant industry experience is essential Previous Site Supervision/Management is required ( min 2+ Years of site management) Safe pass, manual handling, MEWP, First aid, Confined space, Abrasive Wheels, Hot works & Working at height etc.
would be an advantage Roofing, Scaffolding, PCSC experience beneficial Strong organisational skills with proven ability to meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with key decision makers The ability to prioritise & manage your time and workload.
