Responsibilities for this Site Manager roleManage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale siteReview high-level deliverables across site.Implement quality assurance procedures.Manage project scope and mitigates risk across projects.Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors.Ensure that all work onsite is in accordance with the Health & Safety policy and procedures.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating activities to meet milestones and deadlines.
Implement effective scheduling strategies to optimize project efficiency.Key Requirements for this Site Manager roleDegree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification (or relevant trade experience)Minimum 2 years' experience site management experience is highly desirable.Excellent attention to detail and track record of delivering projects with precision.Exceptional verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in leading projects from inception to completion.Computer literate in Microsoft Office PackagePackage offered for this Site Manager roleSalary of €65,000 - €80,000, depending on experienceCompany vehicle/ allowanceExcellent career porgressionOpportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing team.Additional attractive package benefits
