Job title: Fitout Site Manager – Hotel Refurbishment Location: Dublin, Ireland Sector: Hotel/Fitout Refurbishment Salary: DOE (£60,000 – £70,000 per annum) We are currently seeking an experienced Fitout Site Manager to oversee the refurbishment of a high-end hotel in Dublin.
This role offers the chance to work on a prestigious project, leading a team and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of the fitout process, from planning to completion Oversee daily site operations, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations Conduct site inspections and manage quality control throughout the project Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within the fitout or refurbishment sectors Experience managing large-scale hotel or commercial fitouts Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple contractors and ensure tight deadlines are met Knowledge of health and safety regulations Must be able to work in Dublin full-time If you are an experienced Fitout Site Manager looking for an exciting project in Dublin, we would love to hear from you!
