Seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new residential project in Monaghan Town.
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will play a critical role in site management, ensuring efficient project delivery and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring high standards in safety, quality, and workmanship Manage the site's short-term construction schedule to optimise efficiency and adherence to timelines Enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures on-site Coordinate and manage subcontractors, team members, and resolve on-site issues as they arise Ensure project completion to a high specification, maintaining clear communication with relevant departments Handle all project documentation and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS), policies, and procedures Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Construction Engineering and Management or equivalent (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction Proficient in MS Project, Word, and Excel Full driving license and relevant site certifications required How to apply: Send your CV to APPLY NOW!
