Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our clients team for a significant commercial project located in County Longford.

Renowned for its emphasis on safety, quality, and innovation, the company often undertakes large, complex projects, collaborating with industry leaders and utilizing advanced construction techniques.With a strong market presence, they have established a reputation for excellence and a client-focused approach.Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:Coordinate and supervise the construction of a commercial projectTo represent the company on-site and serve as a liaison between the business and the client.Ensure the quality of the work is up to standards, is completed on schedule, and is within budget.Management of the supply chain's purchasing and on-site delivery proceduresEnsure works are carried out to the required quality, programme, health & safety and environmental standards, in full compliance with the planning permission and building regulationsDay-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of the subcontractorsExperience/Requirments required for this Site Manager role:A relevant degree construction managementMinimum 3 years' previous experience managing commercial projects in Ireland or the UKBuilding industry technical and practical knowledge is crucial.Ability to work on own initiativeStrong team building skillsMust be eligible to work in IrelandFull EU Driving licenseSalary for this Site Manager role is between €70,000 - €80,000 DOE(Negotiable dependent upon experience), bonus scheme, car allowance, plus further additional benefits
