You will be responsible for coordinating a number of small projects and on-going maintenance work in the hospital.
It is a permanent position and there is scope for developing the role as their activity in this area is growing.
Responsibilities: Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors.Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets.Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standardsEnsure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times.Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground.The ideal candidate will: Candidate must be comfortable and proficient with paperwork eg RAMS ,Safety Plans, Hand over files Programmes etc etc.
Be knowledgeable on matters of building construction and maintenance and a minor amount of knowledge of services ie Electrical HVAC would be advantageous.
Knowledgeable of health and safety
Some experience of working in a live environment, preferably in medical but not essential.
