Description: Cpl Healthcare is actively recruiting Social Care Workers for a Kilkenny and Tipperary service that provides high-quality support to adults with disabilities in a community environment.We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate professionals to join a brilliant team of social and care staff in supporting adults toward independent living and community integration.In this role, your main responsibilities will include:Key-working with service users, assisting in the development and implementation of their person-centered care plans to meet the needs of the service user and regularly reviewing to implement changes, when necessarySupport the service users to integrate into their community, facilitating and supporting them in social outings and activitiesEncourage independent living skills such as money management, house duties, cooking, shopping, etcAssist the management team in the day-to-day running of the service, carrying out delegated rolesEnsure all reporting writing and files are updated, accurate, and maintainedRequirements:Minimum Level 7 in Social Care or related sector1-2 years experience in social care working with vulnerable individualsExperience working with challenging behaviorsStrong working knowledge of legislation in place to protect vulnerable adultsApplicants must hold a full, clean license for this post.For more information, please contact Tracy Brady with your CV:
