Social Care Worker

CPL Healthcare are delighted to announce their partnership with an exciting new Children's Residential Service in Tullow, Carlow. We are offering exciting opportunities for Social Care Workers to join our client's team on a permanent basis and to work as part of a team in providing the necessary care to vulnerable young people within their residential service.
Our client works directly with young people in a residential care setting, aiming to provide the highest quality of care to service users, whilst delivering a stable and engaging workplace for its employees.
To be considered for the role, interested applicants must meet the following criteria:
Have a minimum level 7 qualification in Social Care or relevant equivalentExperience working with Children in a residential setting is preferred but not essential.Have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work as part of a team and to work independentlyFlexibility around working hours is a must - weekends, days, evenings, waking nights and sleepover shiftsA full clean driver's license is a must - both manual and automatic licenses would be consideredThis exciting new opportunity will encapsulate the day-to-day care of young people, but also guide and prepare them for life as they grow in this service – if you want to know how you can be a part of this, get in touch!
