Salary Scale:€36,391 - €52,444 per annum, excluding premiums for evenings and weekends.
Hours:Circa 39 hours per week Contract:Permanent Location: Balrothery, Sleeping nights and weekend availability required Prosper Fingal is looking for a qualified Social Care Worker / Support Worker to join our highly skilled and responsive team to provide high quality, person-centred residential care to the individuals we support in one of our Residential services.We are seeking a dynamic Social Care Worker/ Support Worker with a strong person-centred vision who will be centrally involved in facilitating and supporting individuals in residential and community settings while maintaining our core values of delivering respectful, progressive, professional and positive services.
Applicants must have a QQI Level 7 / 8 degree in Social Care or a closely related field to qualify for this position.
Experience working in disability services and knowledge of HIQA Standards would be advantageous.
Having a clean manual driving license is also essential for this position.
