Social Care Workers - Children'S Residential

Cpl Healthcare are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Social Care professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland supporting young people. Locations for these services are as follows: Limerick, Galway, Roscommon, Sligo, and Longford. We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to the young people, promoting independence and person-centred planning, contributing to the service's day-to-day running.
A successful candidate will have: A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevantClear understanding of person-centred care and keyworkingWorking Knowledge of HIQA policies and proceduresWorking knowledge of Children's First guidelines and proceduresFull Clean Manual Driving LicenseSuccessful candidates will have an opportunity for professional growth and to be part of an energetic and hard-working team that provides an emotionally and psychologically safe place where the young people are cared for and their quality of life is maximised.
