Duties: Ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of a service culturePerform body and esthetical treatmentsUnderstanding of the guests' needs is an essential part of this roleAbility to take a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs and desiresResponsible for achieving sales targetsEnsure aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with client concerns and offering to prepare products at reception for purchaseEncourage clients to return to the Spa by recommending an ongoing treatment programme and cross-selling the other business centres in the SpaMaintain a sound knowledge of all treatments, packages, and any promotionsParticipate in demonstrations/events as requiredEnsure that daily sales figures are accurately recordedCarry out in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identifiedExecute all treatments to an exceptional standard expected at all times by Killarney Hotels CollectionParticipate in work-based training in the ESPA products and maintain knowledge of beauty trendsMaintain linen and product levels in the treatment rooms, ensuring trolleys are stocked, clean, and organized as per the Spa standardsCleaning and tidying of treatment rooms may be requiredEnsure opening and closing procedures are performed as per Killarney Hotels Collection guidelinesReport any guest complaints to the Spa Manager so that they can be handled promptly and effectivelyPerform all treatments in a professional, hygienic, and safe manner for all clients, updating knowledge and training regularlyMaintain a high standard of appearance and personal hygiene as laid down by the Spa ManagerRequirements: Qualified with an ITEC or CIBTEC diploma or higherTrained experience in facials, massage, waxing, tinting, manicures, and pedicuresExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work as part of a teamImpeccable personal presentation is a mustFluency in the English language, both verbal and written, is essentialBenefits: Competitive salariesComplimentary meals whilst on dutyPension schemesEmployee discountsCareer developmentTrainingTax saving schemesEmployee social eventsComplimentary laundry of company-provided uniformsOn-site state-of-the-art staff accommodation – subject to availability*Please note that we are only able to consider candidates who have independently obtained the legal right to work in Ireland for this position.
