Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Ireland has an exciting opportunity to join our DePuySynthes Spine team.
We are looking for someone, who is Passionate about SPINE, and excited about the opportunity to make a difference to peoples lives!
The role: In this role as a Spine Clinical Specialists, you will be a master of your own destiny, responsible for being that central point of contact for Surgeons and Hospital teams to become a trusted support as they deliver the best possible care for their patients.
You will maintain an existing customer base but also develop new customers, delivering sales in strategic accounts primarily concentrated in Dublin.
Principal Accountabilities * Identify and understand customer challenges and requirements, and using the full breath of Johnson & Johnson / DePuySynthes resources, help find solutions.
* Lead in exciting new go-to-market opportunities to build long term meaningful relationships with your customers.
To be in a position to achieve these exciting goals, a minimum standard of proficiencies would be required including: * Procedural & Product understanding to ensure the provision of In-theatre support to consultants & nursing staff during surgery * Providing first class service and flawless supply to customers including training, stock checks, timely deliveries and supporting the theatre team to ensure the operation proceeds optimally * Working collaboratively with your Spine Team Colleagues, Business lead, and J&J teams & functions to maximise the benefits of working in a larger organisation * Achieve Business goals in line with CREDO Values * Adherence in full to Johnson & Johnson HCC (Healthcare Compliance) Standards, and standards of Business Conduct Job Scope: * Field position (Dublin based) case support within Ireland as required * Overnight stays may be required along with some international travel occasionally Desirable: Proven experience in health sciences / anatomy and / or arthroscopy Skills and Aptitudes: * Engaging interpersonal skills with a positive outlook to make things better * Excellent communication and team-working skills * Dynamic and hard-working individual who is excited by new technologies and their developments in medical devices.
* Proactive - anticipates problems, shows initiative for problem-solving and generating new insights * Resilient -able to work in an ambitious and fast paced environment.
