Our client is a renowned GameTech company with a global presence, established in 2010. Operating in Europe, the Americas, and New Zealand, they are committed to delivering the best sports betting and gaming experience to an ever-expanding customer base. With offices in Greece, Malta, Brazil, and a new Dublin office, they are expanding their Irish team and are looking for an experienced Sportsbook Manager to lead their operations in Ireland.
Key Responsibilities: Marketing Planning & Analysis: Lead the marketing planning and analysis processes for the online sportsbook in Ireland. Develop, maintain, and implement strategic plans on an annual, quarterly, and event basis. Apply a customer/data-led approach to promotional planning and work with relevant teams to identify growth and product development opportunities. Campaign Management: Work closely with the Content & CRM team to identify and maximize the profitability of all online campaigns across all customer life stages. Assist with devising, executing, and optimizing sportsbook campaigns, collaborating with the Performance Marketing Manager and Marketing Campaign Manager. Provide updates to the wider business on campaign execution and performance. Reporting & Analysis: Update the wider business on the performance of sport/product by composing and distributing monthly/quarterly sportsbook reports with detailed insights and action plans. Review trends from all business departments and establish new processes in line with the growing sportsbook product. Product Development: Be a key stakeholder in the planning and execution of sportsbook product development from conceptual stages through business requirements, operational processes, and product rollout/launch. Ensure high-quality outputs across all customer touchpoints, working closely with Sportsbook, CRM, Performance Marketing, High Value, and Product teams. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sportsbook strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives in Ireland. Work directly with the high-value team to support their KPIs. Own sportsbook planning, from conception to conclusion, with the goal of improving customer experience and sportsbook revenue. User Experience & Market Expansion: Continuously assess and improve the user experience to maximize customer engagement and satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the sportsbook's market presence. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients. Skills & Experience Needed: Marketing Degree, bachelor's or higher, or similar/equivalent business degree. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial/sportsbook role, preferably within the gaming industry. Demonstrable strong analytical abilities with persistent rigor applied to assessing and analysing performance against projected outcomes. The ability to work autonomously and multi-task in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication skills with the keen ability to manage internal and external business requirements. Strong presenting skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office 365 package. Proficient in reporting and forecasting. Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
