What We are looking for As a Sportsbook Manager, you will be responsible for leading the marketing planning and analysis processes for the online sportsbook for Novibet in Ireland.
You will develop, maintain and implement strategic plans on an annual, quarterly and event basis.
Highly analytical, you will apply a customer/data led approach to promotional planning and work with the relevant teams to identify growth and product development opportunities as well as optimising value in key sport and customer segments.
What you will work on Work closely with the Content & CRM team to identify & maximize the profitability of all online campaigns across all customer life stages & identify trends through strong analysis, planning and execution.
Assist with devising, executing and optimizing sportsbook campaigns, working closely with the Performance Marketing Manager, Marketing campaign manager, until campaign execution and provide updates to the wider business when relevant.
Update the wider business on the performance of Sport/Product by composing and distributing monthly/quarterly Sportsbook reports with a high degree of insight/analysis and clear action planning to deliver change.
Work with various stakeholders & data team to compile the data.
Review trends from all business departments and establish new processes in line with the growing sportsbook product and communicate internally.
Be a key stakeholder in the planning and execution of Sportsbook product development from conceptual stages through business requirements, operational processes and then product roll out/launch with marketing.
Always ensure high quality outputs across all customer touchpoints both online and offline, working closely with Sportsbook, CRM, Performance marketing, High Value and product teams.
Provide insights on business trends, barriers, risks and opportunities that may impact the business within the online sportsbook environment.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sportsbook strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives in Ireland.
Work directly with the high value team to support with their KPI's.
Own Sportsbook planning, from conception to conclusion, with the goal of improving the customer experience and Sportsbook revenue.
Monitor and measure the effectiveness of Sportsbook improvements.
Identify & analyze customer data trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
What you bring Marketing Degree, bachelor's or higher, or similar/equivalent business degree.
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial/Sportsbook role, preferably within the Gaming industry.
Demonstrable strong analytical abilities with persistent rigor applied to assessing and analyzing performance against projected outcomes and present these results to the business.
Excellent communication skills with keen ability to manage the requirements, both internal and external to the business.
Strong presentation skills & knowledge of the Microsoft Office.
Proficient in reporting and forecasting.
