Staff Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab

  We are hiring a Staff Nurse - Cardiac Cath Lab in a Private Hospital in Dublin, Ireland.
   Key Responsibilities  Educating patients on cardiovascular diseases Informing them of preventative measures Counseling the patients Help diagnose and treat cardiovascular events Assist in performing diagnostic tests such as ECGs Interact with the patients as well as their families pre and post treatment Evaluate and monitor heart related devices such as pacemakers Monitor the patient and their vitals, especially cardiovascular readings Assessing and interpreting lab results Requirements ·   Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses maintained by NMBI, and hold a current NMBI PIN ·   Have proven clinical and professional ability ·   Have at least 1 years post registration experience in an acute hospital setting.
·  Cardiac Cath Lab experience ·  Cardiac Qualification/Validated course pertaining to the speciality* ·   Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills ·   Have good IT skills, with ability to use Microsoft packages e.g.
Word, Excel, and Powerpoint etc ·   Competency in the English language is a requirement for the post.
