We are hiring a Staff Nurse for a leading nursing home in Dublin, Ireland.
Responsibilities Supervise, regulate staff, and delegate duties as necessary.
Ensure that each resident is treated as an individual with respect, decency, and privacy.
Recognise the Named Nurse concept, as well as how it works and how to implement it.
Make sure that the necessary paperwork is kept up to date.
Adhere to the An Bord Altranais Code of Professional Conduct at all times, and make sure you understand all the documents and how they apply to nursing practice.
Build genuine and personal relationships with all residents, family members, and guests, making sure that everyone receives the right kind of comfort and support—especially from the bereaved.
Make sure that every member of staff is aware of and follows all Nursing Healthcare policies.
At every level in the house, keep accurate, succinct, and unambiguous documentation.
Requirements Registered General Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
Post-registration qualification in nursing people with dementia.
Evidence of continuous professional development.
