This job is for someone wanting to join a busy, well-established nursing home group.
Part-time, 2-3 shifts per week, including days, nights, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities Ensure high standards of care are maintained while respecting residents' dignity and privacy.
Lead and support staff to boost team morale and ensure effective care delivery.
Implement person-centered care practices to enhance the overall quality of care.
Assist management during audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations   Oversee operations as the Nurse in Charge, ensuring optimal staffing levels and maintaining high care quality standards.
Requirements Nursing degree & active registration with An Bord Altranais Current certificates (infection control, CPR, dementia care, etc.)
