The Role & Key Responsibilities
Job Title: Order Handler / Stock Controller (Job Share)
Location: Kilkenny, Ireland
Contract: Permanent, 20 hours per week (Job share arrangement)
Typically working days and hours: Monday to Friday.

With a presence in Europe and the USA, we're growing rapidly and are seeking a highly organised Order Handler / Stock Controller to join our Kilkenny-based team.
In this key role, you'll help ensure that our customers receive the right products, on time, while maintaining smooth operational processes.
Some key responsibilities will include: Order Processing: Manage incoming orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipments to customers.Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, order and purchase supplies as needed, and maintain accurate stock records.Quality Control & Logistics: Ensure product quality before dispatch, liaise with third-party logistics providers, and manage import/export documentation.Customer Communication: Provide updates on order status, address customer inquiries, and assist the installation team with scheduling and aftercare.This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, enjoys problem-solving and process improvement, and is eager to manage logistics.
